The organisers have reserved rooms at Sir Stamford, Sydney in order to offer rooms at a discounted rate.

Single room is $100AUD with Sydney Harbour view. To access this discount and to book a room you will need to arrange payment to Resonate Consulting before 16th October at the latest. Please email to arrange your accommodation. 


Please note that accommodation is available only in a limited number and on a first come first served basis.

While Sir Stamford will serve as the main accommodation of the Asia Pacific Bono Summit, this special offer is available only until 14 days prior to conference start. You are free to choose your accommodation and reserve the hotel you prefer.



Due to the generous support of the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt we are able to provide travel or accommodation support for some participants. Please apply only if you are in need of this support. Keep in mind that support will be provided only those participants that meet the below described criteria. In order to get support you need to fill in this form before registering. It will be reviewed by the selection committee.


Please keep in mind that we will decide on applications continuously and therefore we might not be able to support those who apply late.


Candidates must meet the listed criteria:

  • Represent NGO or non-profit status organisation

  • Proven interest in pro bono development

  • Proven experience and records in pro bono program design and implementation

  • Readiness to cover part of the cost (no full support will be available)

  • Clear indication of the requested support

  • Use of the most economic means of travel

  • One person per organisation can be supported

  • Staying for the full length of the program

  • Willingness to report back about the event
